Bring in the New Year by honoring your body and mind with some wholesome, protective traditional home remedies! Join us with Marina Rubio and Elliot Cluba on January 22nd (5:30-8:30pm) at Railyard Apothecary for a hands-on experience making your own raw apple cider vinegar, and learn how to create vinegar infusions, healing teas, and nourishing soups and broths, with an emphasis on locally harvested, wild herbs and fungi.
We’ll be donating a large batch of “fire” apple cider vinegar to people in-need, so please BYO mug and glass jar (with a lid) for sample tasting and taking home your own apple cider vinegar.
This event is by donation - all of which go towards procuring workshop supplies and ingredients! And as always, nobody is turned away for lack of funds.
We're also seeking donations of ingredients like horseradish, onions, ginger, garlic, tumeric, and more!
